CONROE:
Water fairly clear; 1.77’ low. Black bass are good on pumpkinseed spinnerbaits and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are good on minnows and chartreuse striper jigs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on stinkbait and live bait.

GIBBONS CREEK:
Water clear. Black bass are fair on chartreuse spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on shrimp and live bait.

HOUSTON COUNTY:
Water clear; 52 degrees; 0.95’ low. Black bass to 5 pounds are good on watermelon soft plastic worms and chrome and chartreuse Rat-L-Traps behind the islands. Crappie are fair on live minnows near the dam. Channel and blue catfish are good on juglines baited with live bait.

LIVINGSTON:
Water fairly clear; 61 degrees; 0.16’ high. Black bass to 3 pounds are fair on soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows in creeks. Blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

SAM RAYBURN:
Water lightly stained; 63 degrees; 8.64’ low. Black bass are good on tequila sunrise shallow running crankbaits and topwaters. White bass are fair on minnows and Li’l Fishies. Crappie are fair on minnows. Bream are fair on worms. Catfish are good on shrimp and hot dogs.

TOLEDO BEND:
Water fairly clear; 61 degrees; 8.38’ low. Black bass are fair on watermelon shallow running crankbaits, topwaters, and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on minnows and silver jigging spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Bream are fair on worms. Channel and blue catfish are good on live bait. Yellow catfish are slow.

CONROE:
Water fairly clear; 0.96’ low. Black bass are good on chartreuse and watermelon red Carolina rigged soft plastics, Senkos, and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are fair on live minnows and green striper jigs. Crappie are good on minnows and pink tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait and shrimp.

GIBBONS CREEK:
Water clear. Black bass are good on chartreuse/blue and chartreuse/white Carolina rigged soft plastics, and on green/white spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait and live perch.

HOUSTON COUNTY:
Water clear; 85 degrees; 0.42’ low. Black bass to 9 pounds are very good on blue/blue flake, black/red flake, and chartreuse soft plastic worms and Rat-L-Traps near the marina. Crappie are good on live minnows around brush piles in 10 – 12 feet. Bream are good on live worms off piers and over grass beds. Channel and blue catfish to 50 pounds are good on trotlines baited with perch.

LIVINGSTON:
Water fairly clear; 88 degrees; 0.44’ low. Black bass are good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Striped bass are fair on bone colored and Zara spooks. White bass are good on troll tubes and pet spoons. Crappie are good on minnows. Blue catfish are good on shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

SAM RAYBURN:
Water lightly stained; 89 degrees; 6.14’ low. Black bass are good on topwaters and watermelon soft plastic worms. White bass are fair on spoons over humps. Crappie are fair on minnows over baited holes. Bream are fair on nightcrawlers. Catfish are good on trotlines baited with live bait and nightcrawlers.

Water stained; 88 degrees; 4.60’ low. Black bass are good on topwaters and redbug soft plastic worms early and late. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on spoons on ridges. Crappie are slow. Bream are good on crickets and nightcrawlers in 5 – 10 feet. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with shrimp and nightcrawlers. Yellow catfish are slow.

CONROE:
Water fairly clear; 0.22’ low. Black bass are good on Carolina rigged soft plastics, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are fair on minnows and silver striper jigs. Crappie are good on minnows and fair on blue tube jigs over brush in 20 feet. Catfish are good on stinkbait, chicken livers, and nightcrawlers.

GIBBONS CREEK:
Water clear. Black bass are fair on chartreuse soft plastic worms and crankbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on nightcrawlers, cut bait, and chicken livers.

HOUSTON COUNTY:
Water clear; 83 degrees; 0.42’ high. Black bass to 6 pounds are good on Rat-L-Traps and watermelon seed soft plastic worms at boat launches and piers, and off rocky points in 6 – 15 feet. Crappie are fair on live minnows around structure in 18 – 23 feet. Bream are good on live worms off piers and over grass beds. Channel and blue catfish to 4 pounds are very good on trotlines baited with stinkbait and cut shad in 25 feet.

LIVINGSTON:
Water fairly clear; 83 degrees; 0.43’ high. Black bass are good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Striped bass to 6 pounds are fair on Rat-L-Traps. White bass are good on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Blue catfish are good on shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

SAM RAYBURN:
Water lightly stained; 82 degrees; 2.66’ low. Black bass are fair on minnows and watermelon soft plastic worms. White bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and blue/black tube jigs over brush piles in 20 – 30 feet. Bream are fair on nightcrawlers. Catfish are very good on trotlines baited with live bait and cut bait.

Striped bass are fair on silver striper jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows and pink/white tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait, shrimp, and liver.

GIBBONS CREEK: Water clear. Black bass are good on watermelon red and plum soft plastics, and on white crankbaits. Crappie are good on minnows and green/white tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait, nightcrawlers, and shrimp.

HOUSTON COUNTY: Water lightly stained; 77 degrees; 0.41’ high. Black bass to 10 pounds are good on June bug/multi-flake soft plastic worms on the south side of the lake in 6 – 12 feet. Crappie are good on live minnows off piers and over brush piles in 10 feet. Bream are good on live worms off piers and over grass beds. Channel and blue catfish are good on stinkbait off piers and on trotlines baited with perch.

LIVINGSTON: Water fairly clear; 69 degrees; 0.18’ low. Black bass are good on crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Blue catfish are good on shad. Yellow catfish are slow.

SAM RAYBURN: Water stained; 68 degrees; 0.67’ low. Black bass are good on watermelon red Senkos, lizards, and Brush Hogs. White bass are good on spoons. Crappie are good on minnows and tube jigs over brush piles. Bream are good on nightcrawlers and crickets. Catfish are good on trotlines baited with nightcrawlers.
